At WannaCube, most of our pieces are handmade and produced specifically for each order. Therefore, our return and cancellation policy varies depending on the type of product.

Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981):

In-Stock Items
Purchases of in-stock items (non-customized) may be canceled within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item has not been used, assembled, or installed, and is returned in reasonable condition.

In case of cancellation, a fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom / Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made items (including any product with selected dimensions, colors, or client-specific adjustments) cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, in accordance with applicable law, as they are produced specifically for the customer

No changes or cancellations can be made once production has begun.

Defective or Incorrect Items
In the event of a defect or mismatch, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
